Design, Facilitate, Connect
Ready for your meetings and workshops to actually get stuff done?
Maybe build some trust and relationships while you are at it?
…we thought so!
So consider this…Did you know that your first contact with participants, your first moments in a room, first words that are spoken all have an impact on the trust, credibility and potential success of what comes next?
This course will ensure you are ready not only for the first exchange but for all those to come. Expect to co-create the guidance, skills and knowledge necessary to become comfortable with all the critical elements of session design and facilitation for productive meetings and stakeholder engagement.
YES - we previously called this course Group Facilitation :)
Meaningful Tools, Powerful Outcomes
Ask yourself these three questions:
Are you running out of constructive ways to bring people together in conversation?
Are you hearing from the same people over and over again and consistently struggling to hear from diverse voices?
Do you value strong relationships and building community participation capacity?
Join us for an interactive session, where you can fill your toolbox with some new, innovative and effective public engagement techniques that will help you host better, powerful conversations, achieve objectives and create momentum positive change.
We will cover BOTH in-person and virtual meeting techniques!
When Things Go Sideways
Is your project surrounded by outrage?

Through exercises, discussion and multi-media presentation, participants will learn about AND PRACTICE highly effective, collaborative strategies to transform conflict and outrage and create an environment for constructive engagement.
