CANCELLATION POLICY: In-Person Courses
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to Face-to-Face training.
If you cannot complete the course once it’s started, you may register for the same course being offered within the next 12 months. You must do so within 30 days of the course start date in order for your registration to be carried over to that course.
All refunds requested more than 30 days prior to the course start date will be subject to a 10% administration fee.

If you cannot complete the course once it’s started, you may register for the same course being offered within the next 12 months. You must do so within 30 days of the course start date in order for your registration to be carried over to that course.
All refunds requested more than 14 days prior to the course start date will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Once a registration is paid for and before the start of the course, an organization may replace a participant with another employee if the original participant can no longer attend the course.
